Shipping

As brothers, our journey has taken us from Dublin to New York to London via Sydney so it’s only right our brand should follow us. We deliver worldwide, shipping may vary depending how far our postman has to drive, but it’s all calculated at the end before you part with any money. 

 

Returns

Customer satisfaction is at the heart of our business. We can’t change the world if you’re not part of the movement so to help out as much as possible we offer a free 28 days returns policy. We offer both a full refund or exchange for another size, colour or item. Just email info@jonfranklondon.com quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and we will sort the rest. We want make sure we learn and ensure our service improves with every item sold.

There is only one exception to our returns policy:

 

  • Items must not have any visible sign of wear and tear or damaged in any way that was not specified on the delivery docket. 

 

Refunds will take up to 5 working days from the receipt of a return and may take longer to reach your account based on your bank.

Faulty or Wrong Items

If the item you received is faulty or is not what you originally ordered, please e-mail info@jonfranklondon.com quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.
