Just email info@jonfranklondon.com quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and we will sort the rest. We want make sure we learn and ensure our service improves with every item sold.

There is only one exception to our returns policy:

Items must not have any visible sign of wear and tear or damaged in any way that was not specified on the delivery docket.

Refunds will take up to 5 working days from the receipt of a return and may take longer to reach your account based on your bank.
